NSCS Scholarships

NSCS and the Semester at Sea program are pleased to offer the Scholar at Sea scholarship allowing students to visit nearly a dozen countries while studying on a sailing campus. The University of Virginia academically sponsors this program and grants credit from more than 70 courses. One $7,000 partial scholarship is awarded for each fall and spring voyage and five $2,000 scholarships are awarded for the summer voyage. Eligibility

You must be an active NSCS member

You must have applied to the Semester at Sea program for the specified term and year

You must be accepted and enrolled in the Semester at Sea program for the specified term and year prior in order for the scholarship to be disbursed
