Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following fellowships offered by the University in specified areas. Interested Researchers may send their C.Vs to the undersigned on or before 04-04-2007.

I) Short Term Research Fellowships: (Two) For Women?s Studies: Socio ? Economic Development issue of rural women. (Three months) Consolidated remuneration for the total period. Commensurate with experience.

II) Research Fellowships (Two): For Tulu Studies (initially one year).

III) Senior Research Fellowships (Two): (one year) For Kodugu Language (one) Badagu Language (one). Remuneration with contingencies. Candidates with training in Linguistics/ Anthropology only need to apply.

Note: Remuneration for S. Nos. II & III Rs.6000/- for those without Ph. D; Rs.8000/- for those with Ph. D
